7 Top Anti-aging Diet Tips Revealed.

I could be wrong here but it seems every day a new diet or dieting technique is advocated to ensure a healthy life. But what I thought might be useful would be to put together a list of simple tips of foods and cooking techniques to avoid. I've called it "Seven Deadly Sins Diets Tips for Anti-Aging". A lot of this info you'll doubtless know but the fact you know it so often means you become blase` about it and totally ignore it.

1. Avoid eating manufactured foods:- You body was not designed to live on pastries, cookies and candies none of which offer any significant food value or benefit. Keep to natural foods which are made from whole foods (a potato not potato chips) . A grilled chicken breast and not a chicken burger. If you think how food is prepared and where it comes from before cooking it (an how it's cooked) you won't go far wrong

2. Stop stuffing yourself full:- Your body will be happier with 5 smaller meals a day rather than binging and eating until you can hardly move. There is nothing wrong at all with much smaller main meals and healthy snacks if you become hungry. This sort of diet will help keep your digestive system in good condition one of the first things to suffer and the easiest to improve to prevent premature aging.

3. Stop eating so many refined foods:- If you suffer from bloating or constipation as you get older this is probably due to lack of fiber in your diet. Fiber helps the digestive tract work more effeciently and gets rid of waste which if retained can lead to illness, tiredness and lethargy and longer term health issues.

4. Not drinking enough water:- Surely everyone in the world knows we should drink water it's told to every person at medicals, it's on tv and everywhere we turn we hear importance of drinking water. But still we refuse to listen choosing to drink soda's, beer, coffee instead, none of these quench the thirst or hydrate the body as well as water and they all contain harmful chemicals which can effect our body faster. If you must drink these make sure you take a glass of water with them every time.

5.Avoid those bad fats: Some people don't know there are different types of fat.So I came up with an almost fool proof way of checking if fat is good or bad. If a fat originally comes from animal or is manufactured it is not as good for you as fat from a plant is. This means margarines are lower in saturated fat which is better for you than butter. Dont Forget:- Any fat will make you put on weight when used to excess so when planing you diet keep fats under control.

6. Avoid a diet high in one food group only: - Many people are tempted to have a diet for example that contains no fat (which is hardly possible) or in excess in protein such as Atkins. No safe diet long term works unless it contains a balance of carbs, protein and fats and also needs an adequate amount of fiber. So if you going to eat a meal make sure you balance the amounts of protein and fat and carbs and you won't go far wrong. Consider just as much how you prepare food as you do what you are actually eating.

7.Avoid a sugar rush or a sugar low:- One of the biggets stresses you can put on your body is a massive sugar rush or a sudden sugar drop. In diabetic's these are refered to as hypo's or hypoglycemic attack.Many people believe this is just a problem for diabetics but it has been shown that these constant irregularities in blood sugar can lead to serious health problems and reduce your life expectancy. This can be quite easily prevented by combining less healthy foods (those with a low Glycemic index) with slower release foods. A good example we have all come across is meat and potatoes.

Few people actually understand how their diet and even how they eat and prepare food can shorten or indeed lengthen the time our bodies will last but by watching what we eat we can even reduce the aging process.
