Although we will basically all grow old when the time comes, this does not mean that we will appear to be old or we will live a life for old people. Eat fruits and vegetables.

In addition to this, it is also far easier to digest fruits and veggies as compared to meats and livestock. The less work your body does, the better it will be for the skin.

These toxins are the ones that clog the pores and the skin cells, contributing to a faster aging process.
Have a purpose -
People who live for something will live longer and be younger. This is because their determination to do something will keep them going. Having a purpose in life or a goal in life will give you something to live for.
What we do to our body and what we do to our lives will factor in the aging process. A person who eats well, exercises often and generally thinks positive thoughts will most likely have fewer wrinkles than those who don't.
